DISTILLER'S NOTES:
Born from the grit, ambition, and industrial spirit of Detroit's historic Corktown, Steam & Co. Constitution 8-Year Bourbon represents the pinnacle of the Constitution lineup. Inspired by the forgotten stories of the 1800s and the enduring presence of nearby Michigan Central Station, this patiently aged bourbon reflects the strength, perseverance, and craftsmanship that helped shape Detroit's legacy.
After eight years of maturation, Constitution Bourbon reveals exceptional depth and character. Rich layers of dark caramel, vanilla bean, maple, and seasoned oak unfold alongside notes of toasted nuts, dried fruit, and warm baking spices. Its full-bodied palate is balanced by a remarkably smooth texture, leading to a long, elegant finish with lingering oak, subtle sweetness, and refined spice.
Crafted for those who appreciate a well-aged bourbon, Steam & Co. Constitution 8-Year Bourbon delivers a sophisticated sipping experience that honors Michigan's distilling tradition and Detroit's enduring spirit with every pour.
