DISTILLER'S NOTES:
Born from the grit, ambition, and industrial spirit of Detroit's historic Corktown, Steam & Co. Constitution 4-Year Bourbon pays tribute to the era that helped build Michigan. Inspired by the forgotten stories of the 1800s and the enduring presence of nearby Michigan Central Station, this four-year-aged bourbon embodies the craftsmanship, resilience, and innovation that define both Detroit's past and its future.
Patiently matured for four years, Constitution Bourbon develops greater richness and complexity while maintaining an exceptionally smooth character. Layers of vanilla, maple syrup, and rich caramel are complemented by toasted oak, baking spice, and subtle notes of dried fruit. A velvety mouthfeel carries into a long, warm finish with lingering hints of sweet oak and gentle spice.
Whether enjoyed neat, over ice, or in a classic bourbon cocktail, Steam & Co. Constitution 4-Year Bourbon is a true expression of Michigan craftsmanship—honoring Detroit's industrial legacy with every pour.
