WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Our first batch of Razzmatazz was produced when we had a batch of raspberry crème come out too watery at Sleeping Bear Farms. Instead of worrying we decided to add a bit more water – and ferment it. The resulting product was pretty darn good. Good enough, in fact, that it led to the establishment of St Ambrose Cellars.
