WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pale straw yellow in color, it has a fine, persistent perlage and a subtle foam. The aroma is delicate and harmonious, with hints of fresh almonds, white flowers (acacia and hawthorn), and yellow apples, with a touch of sage and yeast. The palate is velvety, with a very fresh acidity, moderate alcohol warmth, a savory-mineral note, and a long, delicately almondy finish.
