The grape varieties of Vertus associated with the quality of the blend give the Cuvée Brut Grégory all its coherence: its fine bubbles that persist, its golden yellow color and its aromas that remain fixed throughout the tasting.
Superb with freshness and impetus to the attack, the Cuvée Grégory becomes longer and fuller in the mouth, its expression is both highly complex and of a wonderful lightness.
