WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
100% organic Glera from a single vineyard parcel planted on clay soils. The wine is aged for 6 months on the lees in tank before bottling. Without the use of artificial fertilizer and mechanical harvesting, Massimo Coletti is able to make beautiful wines of terroir, something slightly off the beaten path for Prosecco. Pair it with a couple of homemade crab cakes, French fries, and an arugula salad.
