WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The wine is full flavored with pear and citrus aromas. Stimulating on the palate, as well as fresh and fruity. It has a nice sweetness balanced with the typical crisp Riesling acidity. It ideally pairs with lighter or spicy cuisine or simply on its own.
