DISTILLER'S NOTES:
Aged 7–11 months in third-use ex-Tennessee whiskey barrels, this small-batch spirit develops rich layers of cooked agave, caramelized sugar, licorice, black pepper, honey, and tropical fruit. Its smooth, lingering finish and balanced complexity make it perfect for sipping neat and sharing in good company.
TASTING NOTES:
Look for a burnished gold hue and zesty jalapeño and bell pepper aromas, plus a hint of fresh basil. The palate opens with jalapeño framed by a mineral hint, lemon acidity and a waft of smoke. Each sip finishes with a mouthwatering salt-and-pepper effect, smoothed by a brush of salted honey on the long exit.
