WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This sparkling wine is vinified from the three Champagne grapes varieties. 30% of reserve wines (from previous year) are incorporated in the blending to obtain consistency. A minimum of two years ageing in cellar is necessary to develop this champagne. Neat and discreet nose of small red berries, fruity and fresh mouth accompanied with a light and pleasant vinosity. Its salmon pink color is valued by a transparent bottle.
Grapes varieties : 30 % Chardonnay, 35 % Pinot Noir, 35 % Pinot Meunier.
