Named for the Water Hill neighborhood of Ann Arbor—home to our distillery—this hand-crafted absinthe begins with native Michigan grape brandy, distilled with star anise, wormwood, aniseed, and fennel. It is then infused with a blend of Michigan blueberries, calendula, elderflower, hawthorn, heather, hyssop, linden, and lavender, creating a botanically driven spirit that is both powerful and elegant. Old World inspired and Michigan made.
