Fox River Bourbon Whiskey is crafted from locally farmed and milled grain, then distilled, aged, and bottled in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and barley, our bourbon is aged in new American oak barrels until the ideal balance of vanilla, caramel, oak, and spice is achieved. The result is a purely Michigan spirit with a smooth, satisfying finish—delicious neat, on the rocks, or standing up beautifully in cocktails.
