This Michigan expression of the Barrel Reserve Old Tom style gin features over 20 botanicals—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, oregano, rosemary, oak moss, oak-smoked malt, and cedar among them—then rests in used Bourbon and Apple Brandy barrels, capturing the warm, spiced essence of a crisp, cool Michigan fall day.
