DISTILLER'S NOTES:
To celebrate a decade of excellence across our award-winning annual Limited Edition collection, 2025 Yellowstone Limited Edition is a unique blend of straight bourbon whiskeys thoughtfully aged 10 years. For the first time, Limestone Branch Distillery and sister distillery Ross & Squibb combined to choose barrels from the Kentucky and Indiana distilleries to blend for this year’s expression.
Nose: Rich vanilla and oak upfront, followed by bright citrus notes. Hints of caramel and toffee emerge, with subtle stone fruit aromas of peach and apricot adding complexity.
Palate: Caramel and vanilla dominate initially, quickly joined by a robust toffee flavor. Stone fruit notes become more pronounced, with peach and apricot lending a floral sweetness. Charred oak provides structure, while honey smooths out the edges. Cinnamon and cherry flavors develop as it opens up.
Finish: Long and warming. The charred oak lingers, balanced by a persistent honey sweetness. Cinnamon spice and cherry notes fade slowly, leaving a pleasant oakiness. A hint of citrus zest appears at the very end, adding brightness to the finish.
