A cooler vintage yields a wine with beautiful florals on the nose and a palate with distinctive lime rind and salted lemon characters. Textural length builds to a juicy wine of white peach, pear, and orange, perfectly balanced by an enticing sweet acidity.
TASTING NOTES:
There's a lovely perfume and floral edge here with aromas of jasmine, apple blossom, candied lime, gooseberry, honeysuckle and green melon. The palate is medium-bodied with generosity cut through by vibrant acidity and tension underneath the fruit and minerals.
