WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Bright coral in color with bold copper highlights, its nose delicately expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, oregano, and marjoram, followed by fruity notes of raspberry, black cherry, and pomegranate, culminating in mellow mineral, almost marine notes. The harmonious and drinkable palate reveals smoothness and mellowness, then becomes more vibrant, enlivened by a raspberry freshness, and dynamically finishes with lingering citrus and bitterness of chinotto.
Extremely versatile, it pairs well with a wide variety of dishes: from appetizers featuring fatty fish and vegetables to pasta dishes paired with red wine, white meats, or flavorful seafood. It's perfect with Caprese salad, Neapolitan pizza with anchovies, smoked meat or fish carpaccio, and prosciutto and melon. It's priceless with paella and spicy Indian dishes, such as chicken curry.
