The nose is an explosion of fruit, with delicate, straightforward aromas. From white-fleshed fruit to exotic fruit, it opens up as the minutes go by. The palate is complex, saline and fresh. Minuty M Rosé can be enjoyed with any type of appetizer and savory snack: olives, tapas, taramasalata, crackers, wasabi peas, and vegetable chips. It also pairs perfectly with summer salads like the classic tomato mozzarella or Niçoise salad. When it comes to seafood, Minuty M Rosé enhances seafood: small crustaceans, prawns, and shellfish. It also pairs well with snacked or roasted starters.
