Set on crafting a vibrant and expressive Sauvignon Blanc, our winemakers chose a long, slow, cool fermentation to preserve the wine’s bright aromatics and fresh fruit characteristics.
Food Pairings: Enjoy with goat cheese-basil crostini drizzled with honey, seasonal green salads, fresh seafood or bright lemon-herb chicken dishes.
TASTING NOTES:
Meyer lemon, white peach, green apple and pear, with a refreshingly crisp, clean and bright mouthfeel.
