WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pazo das Bruxas is a wine that pays homage to the folklore and nature of Galicia, Spain. Named for the old Galician country houses, called "pazos," where witches were said to conjure up spirits through magic and dance, this brilliant, intensely aromatic white opens with notes of citrus, peach, and white flowers. Refreshing and fruity, without being overly sweet, this wine pairs beautifully with grilled seafood and poultry dishes, as well as soft and semi-firm cheeses.
