Tea leaf, tanned leather, dried tobacco, and bright cranberry rise from the glass before giving way to a palate of pure cranberry juice, marjoram, and fresh cracked black pepper. Notes of black walnut wood carry through a long, savory finish that lingers with quiet confidence. The magic of our Cabernet Sauvignon is how seamlessly it comes together. Sourced from multiple ranches across Paso Robles, each site contributes its own character, creating a wine that balances freshness and complexity. Guided by taste, acidity, and vine health, we aim to shepherd the vintage rather than manufacture a style, and 2024 is exactly that - a wine with no pretense, simply a reflection of the growing season.
