The 2024 Tenuta Olim Bauda La Villa, Barbera d'Asti DOCG is a 100% organic Barbera from Piedmont, Italy, known for its deep ruby color, rich aromas of cherry and berry, and full-bodied, generous palate with smooth tannins and a long finish. Aged for five months in stainless steel, this wine is characterized by its vibrant acidity and can be paired with robust dishes like red meat or game, as well as pasta, burgers, or grilled portobellos.
