WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Bright and lifted, the Walking on Venice Beach Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of white grapefruit, mandarin oil, lime blossom, passionfruit cream, yuzu, and makrut lime. The palate is crystalline and precise, with wet river stone mineralitylayered alongside jasmine and citrus blossom, framed by a very light herbal edge. Notes of lemon sorbet, chervil, tarragon, and cucumber skin carry through a playful yet composed finish.
TASTING NOTES:
Racy aromas and flavors of sliced lemons, green mangoes and flint. Medium-bodied with tangy acidity and a vivid finish. Zesty crushed stone notes. Old-vine sauvignon blanc.
