WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This 2024 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc shows a striking harmony between bright citrus fruit, stony minerality, and expressive floral aromatics. The nose opens with lifted citrus blossom and honeysuckle, layered with brioche toast and stone fruit, creating an inviting and aromatic first impression. The palate offers a lithe, juicy texture carried by vivid energy and crisp acidity. As the wine opens, flavors of Meyer lemon, spring blossoms, and a touch of herbal intrigue emerge, followed by pear, white peach, and lemon verbena. Underlying notes of soft white pepper spice and flinty stone lend depth and structure. The finish is long and inviting, marked by refreshing acidity that lingers effortlessly, making this wine especially compelling for sun-soaked afternoons, outdoor meals, and warm-weather sipping.
TASTING NOTES:
The balance of fruit concentration, mineral tension and aromatic lift is impressive, with aromas of lemon oil, wet stones, white pepper, orchard fruit and biscuits. The palate has a lovely texture cut through by bright, mouthwatering acidity that gives both power and freshness.
