WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Vibrant and juicy, our Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant, refreshing flavors of kiwi, green apple, pink grapefruit and peach. An ideal aperitif or year-round sipper.
This is an over-achiever for California appellation Sauvignon. Medium-bodied, it shows ripe flavors including classic melon and citrus notes, but also a suggestion of tropical fruits. The aromas aren’t as grassy or herbal as usual for Sauvignon Blanc, but the ripe and fruity aromas lend coherence to the wine’s overall character.
TASTING NOTES:
Bright, with white peach, citrus, and orange blossom aromas. Flavors feature tart notes of quince, grapefruit, and ginger, finishing mineral and smooth.
