WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Paltrinieri “Solco” Lambrusco dell’Emilia 2024 is a semi-dry sparkling red made primarily from Lambrusco Salamino, grown in sandy soils near Modena, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. The Paltrinieri family has cultivated Lambrusco in Sorbara for over three generations, and today Alberto Paltrinieri is a leading voice in redefining the region’s wines. “Solco” — meaning “furrow” or “groove” — represents the estate’s more generous, fruit-forward expression, crafted via the Metodo Martinotti (tank method) to highlight freshness and drinkability.
Vibrant and lightly sweet, with notes of ripe black cherry, plum, and violets. Creamy bubbles lead to a refreshing, gently tannic finish that keeps it balanced and lively.
Enjoy now through 2026. Ideal with pizza, barbecue, or cured meats. Serve well-chilled for maximum refreshment and sparkle.
