WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2024 Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc showcases aromas of honeysuckle, lime, ripe grapefruit, sweet herbs, and fig. The palate displays bright flavors of kiwi, key lime, and passionfruit, with a balanced texture and a long finish.
Serve as an aperitif with goat cheese, oysters, or sardines; enjoy as a pairing to sushi, ahi, or dishes with chimichurri sauces.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of pineapple, nectarines and fresh herbs, all of which find places on the charming palate and are joined by pears, chamomile and white tea. The bright fruit and lively acidity are very well calibrated in this food-friendly wine. Drink now.
