WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Made from organic single estate Negroamaro, the Amaya screams summer all over- sweet and refreshing dark ripe fruits, herbaceous and crunchy. Just yum! On the palate, this sparkling wine gives us cranberries, blackberries and raspberries. The tartness is balanced with sweet and savory herbaceous notes reminding us of fennel and aniseed. Combined with its delicate fizz, we can easily see how this sparkling red became a crowd favorite. Make it a welcome drink, bring it to the beach, have it with Pinoy barbecue or just even enjoy it on its own.
