The 2024 Can Sumoi Serra de L'Home Xarel-lo is a natural, minimal intervention white wine from Penedès, Spain, made from 100% Xarel·lo grapes grown in high-altitude, limestone soils. It is characterized by its fresh, balsamic, and herbal notes, with hints of wild mint, bay leaf, and fennel, a crisp acidity, and a subtly bitter finish. The wine is aged on its lees for about three months.
