WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Just because it's pink doesn't mean it's sweet. Dry-style rosés have made a comeback due to their wonderful, fruit-forward flavors and versatility with food. Pinot Noir remains our most prominent red variety, one that we eagerly look forward to crafting into a dry rosé each year. This rosé expresses a youthful bounty of fresh fruit and vibrancy.
Aromas of watermelon and hibiscus, accompanied by concentrated notes of rich, ripe strawberry on both the nose and palate, harmoniously coalesce with flavors of pomegranate to create a vibrant and bright dry rosé.
This wine will shine with various appetizers, fresh salads, light pasta dishes, grilled fish or seafood—especially shrimp and salmon, plus much more!
