WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This Riesling is an excellent example of how one of the world's greatest wine grapes thrives in Michigan. Aromas of white peach, lemon balm, and gardenia lead to flavors of McIntosh apples, apricots, and lime zest, with delicate traces of pineapple.
Very versatile with light meats, fish, and seafood. Perfect for roasted turkey during the holidays and a variety of festive appetizers, such as baked brie and creamy crab dip. It can also hold its own against Asian cuisine, including mildly spiced curries and sushi.
