A pale straw yellow with aromas of guava and grapefruit with notes of passion fruit and hints of lemongrass. Light-bodied with lively acidity, guava and grapefruit flavors, cleansing vibrant finish.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Jardine Vineyard is spunky, with a pungent blend of savory herbs, wet stones and grapefruit zest. It is silky smooth yet lifted in feel with steely minerality and a sweet and sour tinge of citrus. It leaves the palate nicely reset for another sip, while finishing with admirable length and clean.
