This biodynamically farmed Chenin Blanc from the heart of Vouvray is summer in a bottle. “Cuvée Silex” is named for the flinty soils that give the wine its vibrant minerality and textured depth. Expect notes of pear, white peach, and citrus blossom, wrapped in a mouthwatering, off-dry finish that’s refreshing but never cloying.
