WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Wine made from Mariano's xarel·lo grapes, 70 years old vineyard with a low yield and balanced grapes ideal to elaborate this "orange" wine from Uvala's family. Hand picked grapes, entered directly into an amphore where it ferments and let it set with their skinks for 5 months. After the resting time, skins are pressed and wine is bottled during a descended moon. Respectful wine, low intervention making. No additive and enological products added. It may presents sediments.
White skin contact. Envelopes the mouth throughout its journey, maintaining a balance between creaminess and acidity that leads to a long finish that is slightly bitter but very pleasant.
