WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Glowing with perfumed fruit, including red cherry and tart raspberry. Refreshing notes of mint sit atop cinnamon bark, hibiscus flower, and rose petals, altogether weaving a fragrant tapestry as fleeting as the last light of day. On the palate, the wine flows with a silky-smooth texture, and the medium acidity brings lift and warmth. The finish is pure, and graceful, leaving a lingering impression of elegance that captures the serenity of the sunset.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of smoke, spices and some graphite and dark berries. A juicy, intense and compact wine with a full body and a lovely creamy finish. Lightly chewy at the end. Structured. Drink in two or three years.
