WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Thanks to the cooler weather we saw during harvest, the flavors of our Sauvignon Blanc were able to develop slowly and retain a beautiful balance of acidity and freshness. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, aromas of guava, peach rings, and lime zest envelop the nose, while the palate shows characteristics of lemon, lime, and honeydew, finishing with bright acidity and excellent palate weight.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc zips out with lively lime zest, green apples, and chopped herbs notes, giving way to wafts of elderflower and wet slate. The light-bodied palate is crisp, pure, and intense, delivering vibrant citrus layers and a steely finish.
