WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A rather pale straw yellow with beautiful silver highlights, it offers a very refined, harmonious, and rich bouquet, with hints of candied sugar, sweet almonds, tropical fruit—especially banana—and hints of custard. On the palate, it displays a beautiful structure, a lively freshness, and a balanced intensity; sipping it, you perceive pleasant mineral sensations, with a clean, vibrant, pleasantly bitter almond finish.
Try it with all egg-based dishes, a challenging food to pair with wine, but one that really shines when paired with Custoza. When stored for 1-2 years, it can express an even more distinctive and original personality, making it suitable for more challenging pairings: with sushi, for example, or with seafood-based pasta dishes.
