WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This wine presents a dark ruby red hue and opens with aromas of ripe blackcurrants and hibiscus, layered with subtle notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. On the palate, it offers a full body and bursts with bright, juicy red fruit flavors, elegantly balanced by hints of vanilla, coffee, and baking spices.
Blend: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petite Syrah
TASTING NOTES:
This new Terlato venture into Paso Robles fruit is bearing solid immediate results. Aromas of cassis and toasted oak are rich on the nose. The palate is layered in dark fruit, elegant baking spices and a bold acidity that slides into the finish.
