WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pale pink with a very fine and persistent perlage. Notes of white flowers, hawthorn, red apple peel, wild strawberry, aromas and flavor of raspberry and vanilla on the nose. Great acidity and fresh, persistent and delicate aftertaste with a fruity note. Dry, sharp, and clean on the palate.
TASTING NOTES:
The wine boasts a remarkably light hue and vibrant candied fruit tones, particularly strawberry and cranberry. On the palate, these flavors evolve into a refreshing blend of lemon and raspberry notes, culminating in a bright and zesty finish.
