WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Vibrant and exuberant notes of ripe red fruits on the nose. Dry and smooth on the palate with good structure and length.
Ideal pairings include charcuterie, roasted poultry, and lean red meat, as well as medium-aged cheeses.
TASTING NOTES:
Red cherries, raspberries, dried Provencal herbs and dusty stones on the nose. Medium- to full-bodied with cedar, sweet red fruit and polished, silky tannins leading to a clean finish touched by cedar.
