Aromas of blackberry, toasted herbs and mocha. On the palate, notes of ripe dark cherry, red and black currant and plum, with a hint of warm spices. Silky and structured with a touch of toasted vanilla on the long finish.
Brilliant with Italian, tomato-based dishes like lasagna or stuffed shells.
Blend: 78% Merlot, 20% Petite Sirah, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon
