WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal times to ensure integrity and freshness. The wine is then aged in stainless steel to preserve all the grapes' original aromatic nuances. The result is a surprisingly rich bouquet, ranging from notes of ripe white fruit, such as peach and pear, to more complex nuances of aromatic herbs and stony minerality that reflect the volcanic soil where it is grown.
On the palate, "Mari di Ripiddu" expresses a perfect balance between acidity and smoothness, offering a full and enveloping finish, characterized by a long and pleasantly refreshing aromatic finish. Its structure also promises good aging potential.
Ideally served between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, this Etna Bianco Superiore pairs beautifully with seafood, rich fish dishes, or soft cheeses.
