WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Bright medium golden yellow. Aromas of lemon, white flowers, and herbs. Tactile and delicately freshy with lovely clarity and cut. Finished with a burst of juicy yellow and green fruit and lemon oil.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2022 Pecorino Ekwo opens slowly, with crushed stone and dusty florals giving way to young peach. This is a round and supple effort with ripe yellow pit fruits and spiced citrus motivated by brisk acidity. Its minerality comes through in the finish, tense, cheek-puckering and salty.
