WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A blend of grapes led by Corvina, along with a portion of Corvinone and Rondinella, and hints of Molinara from the Valpolicella Classica Region, treated with the traditional "Ripasso" technique.
On the nose, hints of ripe fruit, jam, and cherry immediately emerge, along with persistence. Persistence continues on the palate as it opens up in all its power with a warm and elegant body.
TASTING NOTES:
A dense, textured and generous Ripasso featuring sweet red berries, baking spices and a hint of leather. Medium-bodied with chewy tannins, it delivers flavorful notes and a powdery, focused finish with decent length.
