The 2022 Gen5 Cabernet Sauvignon from LangeTwins Winery is a well-balanced, juicy red with dark berry and plum flavors. Made from 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, with a blend of other varietals including Petite Verdot and Merlot, it offers a velvety texture and smooth finish. The wine is aged for 8 months in a combination of French and American oak, and is crafted from 25-year-old estate vines sustainably farmed in Lodi, California. The wine's complexity is enhanced by the Mediterranean climate of the region, with cool evening breezes promoting development of rich flavors.
