WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pale red brick color. Very aromatic with notes of dried flowers, violets and anise. Full-bodied and dry, but elegant with plump red fruit balanced by chewy tannin and bright acidity.
TASTING NOTES:
An old-fashioned wine with intense aromas of prunes, licorice, earth and mint. Full-bodied, it shows firm, velvety tannins with refreshing acidity, a dusty finish and a long umami aftertaste. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
