TASTING NOTES:
Ripe cherries, sappy garrigue, baking spices, and hints of fennel all emerge from the 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape, a nicely balanced, medium-bodied Châteauneuf that has fine tannins and terrific balance. A blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, it's one heck of a classic cuvée that has lots of character and charm, and while it's terrific today, it has a solid decade or more of longevity ahead of it.

Mixing 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, the 2022 Chateauneuf-du-Pape blooms with intense garrigue, ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, and a dash of licorice. Markedly spicy, the full-bodied 2022 is supported by firm tannins, winding down the spice-box subtleties on the savory finish.
