WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A fine and elegant Chardonnay, with a light gold colour and green tints. The nose reveals soft aromas of quince, honey and spices combined with fresher aromas of cirtus fruit. The mouth is fleshy and fresh with aromas of white fruit and exoctic fruit. Ideal as an apertitve, this wine will go particularly well with modern cuisine and fish.
TASTING NOTES:
Attractive aromas of muddled bosc pear, golden apple, dried field grass and dusty forest floor entice the nose. The steely-textured palate opens with toast and lemon pith followed by snappy acidity that lifts. Pair with oysters and shellfish.
