WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A bright, juicy, crunchy little number from Das Juice. There's notes of blackcurrant and black cherry- almost jubey but also a plush texture. Balanced with a savoury, herbaceous edge there's a lot going on to keep interested.
Hand picked, and carbonic macerated. (This is a winemaking technique that is famed in Beaujolais, France).This is bright, juicy and oh so smashable.Just fresh-feeling red that is begging for a chill.
Its full of cassis and blueberry with a noticeable bunchy green note adding to the varietal complexity.
