WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2022 Avinyo Brut Reserva Cava is a vintage-dated, traditional-method sparkling wine from Spain's Catalonia region, known for its organic grapes (Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada) and extended lees aging (around 24 months), offering fresh citrus, apple, and nutty notes with good acidity.
Blend: 60% Xarel-lo, 25% Macabeo, 15% Parellada
TASTING NOTES:
A rich nose of ripe apples and lemon peel with touches of pastry and minerals. Broad and creamy on the palate, with a fine mousse and structured depth, offering flavors of white peaches and almonds with a hint of dried pineapple at the end. Xarel-lo, macabeo and parellada. From organically grown grapes. Vegan.
