The grapes, harvested from 100% Negroamaro vines, ferment in steel at a controlled temperature, giving life to a wine with an intense and persistent aroma, with evident notes of wild berries. The soft and round flavor of the Capoposto, with a dense texture of noble tannins, makes it perfect to accompany red meats, or very tasty and fatty seafood dishes.
