WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This wine expresses all the elegance of its original grape variety combined with the structure provided by the vineyard's age. Straw yellow in color with light greenish highlights, it has a fine yet intense aroma reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples. On the palate, it is savory, soft yet assertive, with a good correspondence to the nose; notes of white fruit and bread crust complete the picture.
TASTING NOTES:
This has aromas of grapefruit, waxed lemons and blanched almonds. It’s focused, fresh and textured, with a medium body and stony, dry and long finish. Drink now.
